Reserve your choices online and pick them up at your convenience from our local location. When you’re finished, simply return the items during open hours or as per our policies.

How Delivery & Pickup Works
At The Rental Nook, we want to make borrowing easy, flexible, and convenient for you. Here’s how you can get your items:
Booking Ahead
- Standard bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Need something sooner? We offer rush bookings at a premium:
- 12 hours → +$10 per order
- 6 hours → +$20 per order
- 4 hours → +$30 per order
Rush bookings are subject to item availability and confirmation.
Pickup Options
- Free Self-Pickup
Pick up your items directly from The Rental Nook during our pickup hours (9 AM – 7 PM). - Local Delivery by The Rental Nook
Don’t want to leave the house? We’ll bring items to you!- Within 5 miles → $7 flat fee
- 5–10 miles → $12 flat fee
- Courier Pickup (Uber/Lyft/Other Services)
Prefer to arrange your own delivery? No problem! Book a courier at your expense, and we’ll have your items ready for handoff. - Return Options
- You can return items to us directly (free).
- Or request pickup for the same rates as delivery.
Important Notes
- All rentals must be reserved and paid before release.
- Premium (rush) booking fees are non-refundable.
- Someone must be present to receive deliveries.
- Large or heavy items may include a small handling surcharge ($5–10).
Tip: Book 24 hours ahead for the best rates and guaranteed availability. Rush options are great for last-minute needs!
